11th Halls Winter Rally will be held in Utena and Molėtai regions on January 27-28. The participants will have to complete in 12 special stages, 6 of them during night period.

Spectacular rally may be watched from comfortable Halls Festival Town. The Town, designed for numerous spectators, will be set up just 10 kilometers away from Utena city center and will be open on the 28th of January. The spectators will have all their needs attended to and will be allowed to come and leave the area at any time.
