Seat belts is one of the main means to guarantee safety in the car. Lithuanian Road Administration together with Halls Winter Rally organizers encourage people to participate in ‘For the Safe Road’ social project and remind that kids, as well as adults, should wear seat belts even in the back seat.

Rally will be Crowned with Spectacular Concert
The first festival of the year, Halls Winter Rally, will have a splendid finish with an extraodinary concert. A free concert of a charismatic and famous singer Vaidas Baumila will be held at Utena Multifunctional Arena on 28th of January, after the awards of rally winners. The concert is a gift to rally fans and city people from Utena City.

Increased Security Measures
Rally enthusiasts and people eager for winter entertainment will crowd Utena and Molėtai regions next week for the the first festival of the year, Halls Winter Rally. Increased security measures are being implemented by the organizers and Lithuanian Road Administration Under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Lituania to ensure safety of rally participants, spectators and local residents.

Halls Winter Rally Presents Festival Town
Halls Winter Rally, the first winter festival in Lithuania, will include Halls Festival Town, a comfortable area to watch spectacular rally races. The Festival Town, designed for numerous spectators, will be set up just 10 kilometres away from Utena city centre and will be open on the 28th of January.

10 Rules of Driving During Winter
Unstable winter conditions is big challenge both for road maintainers and drivers. This issue is well known for experienced rally drivers. As the start of the first winter festival „Halls Winter Rally“ is getting closer, rally drivers together with organizers and Lithuanian Road Administration Under the Ministry of Transport and Communications participate in a social project „For the Safe Road“.

Tickets to Halls Winter Rally Go on Sale
Tickets to the first winter festival Halls Winter Rally for the first time can be bought online. Tickets exchangeable for Rally Passes on event day will be valid for two rally days in all competition stages. ‘We want people, who are eager for rally sport and winter entertainments, to have a possibility to buy tickets in advance.

First Winter Festival presented in Utena
The first winter festival was presented to the heads of Utena and Molėtai region municipalities. Racer Benediktas Vanagas and the organizers introduced the main idea of Halls Winter Rally 2017, planned entertainments for local people and guests. The festival will take place on January 27-28.
