Halls Winter Rally organizers announced the routes of special stages in the regions of Molėtai and Utena. The participants will have to complete 12 special stages, 6 of them during night period.

Lithuanian Road Administration together with Halls Winter Rally organizers encourage people to participate in ‘For the Safe Road’ social project and remind that kids, as well as adults, should wear seat belts even in the back seat.

Rally will be Crowned with Spectacular Concert

The first festival of the year, Halls Winter Rally, will have a splendid finish with an extraodinary concert. A free concert of a charismatic and famous singer Vaidas Baumila will be held at Utena Multifunctional Arena on 28th of January, after the awards of rally winners. The concert is a gift to rally fans and city people from Utena City.

Increased Security Measures

Rally enthusiasts and people eager for winter entertainment will crowd Utena and Molėtai regions next week for the the first festival of the year, Halls Winter Rally. Increased security measures are being implemented by the organizers and Lithuanian Road Administration Under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Lituania to ensure safety of rally participants, spectators and local residents.
